The CellChek®20 (CC20) specular microscopes, along with older XL/SL models, do not require any preventative maintenance aside from periodic cleaning of the optical lenses, operator screen, and exterior shell.
Cleaning instructions can also be found on page 88 of the instructions for use (IFU).
* The older XL and SL models contain a xenon flash tube and illumination bulb that should be replaced periodically (see article on how to check flash count).
